I made these yesterday, and it is hard not to eat the whole two dozen. (The recipe made 27, actually, but I already ate those extra three.) They have too much sugar, perhaps a bit too much fat, and are just. too. good. Make these right now, let them cool on the cookie sheet, then refrigerate them overnight (though you can eat the extra three while they're cooling, like I did), and you'll wake up to chocolate happiness tomorrow. They're good for you because of all of the endorphins from the scant amount of chocolate. Right?

Ingredients:
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 3 cups old-fashioned oatmeal
- Waxed paper
